How to trace an email address in cPanel

While operating your site, you may have a need to trace an email address to determine if you are having delivery issues on the server side. In this tutorial video, we will show you how to do the trace from cPanel.

This video will begin after the login phase. If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, then we ask that you watch the demonstration on how to login to cPanel. This tutorial will show you how to navigate to the Email Delivery Route panel under the Mail heading. From here, we will demonstrate how to enter an email address so you can perform the actual trace and see the path. You’ll get to see a sample screen of what a trace should look like from the cPanel side. If you have any difficulties from the server side you will see them here. If the problem is outside of the server, then the display should tell you where the problem has occurred.
