How to create and manage Resellers in Plesk

This video will demonstrate how to create and manage accounts for resellers in Plesk 10.

The video will begin by defining the difference between the standard accounts for users and accounts for resellers. Plesk 10 gives different permissions to each and this should be noted here. The video will show the user the resellers panel where the accounts can be created and maintained. The demonstration will then take the user though the process of creating a new account for a reseller. Entering in basic information, defining the username and password, and the service plan used by the reseller in Plesk will be covered; however, the video will not go into the details of creating any new types of service plans. Creating and maintaining service plans are covered in another tutorial. The video will then show you what a newly created reseller account looks like in the reseller pane. The video will then show the user how to manage reseller accounts. Housekeeping functions such as changing contact information, changing service plans, suspension, and removal are all referred to but not shown in detail. The video will also touch on viewing the reseller’s customer list from this pane as well.
